Can I use my existing CRM or email marketing platform for newsletters?

If you already have a Mailchimp or Constant Contact account, we can use that to send your email newsletters. If you currently use a different CRM or email marketing platform, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, we will try to use your preferred platform.

I don’t have an existing email marketing platform — can I still send newsletters?

If you don’t have an existing platform or account, we can create one for you on Constant Contact. Any account we create on your behalf will be entirely owned (including any service provider costs) by you — our team will only need administrator access to manage your campaigns during the time period of our working relationship.

I’m nervous about sharing my email list — will you use it for anything else?

No — we will only access your mailing list to send monthly newsletters to your subscribers. We will never download your list for our own use, share it with others, or use it for any other purpose.

I don’t have an email list put together yet — what can I do?

If you don’t have a mailing list yet, our team can give you tips and best practices for gathering your customer data and creating a working list. Reach out to your account executive or account manager, and they can provide guidance and recommendations.
